Communities

Santa Barbara

This internationally renowned seaside town is nestled between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean and is often referred to as the “American Riviera” due to its Mediterranean climate. It has become a hot-spot for active, community-minded residents who pride themselves on a quality lifestyle, the environment and successful businesses.

Goleta

Minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, Goleta offers the good life to its fortunate residents. Traditional neighborhoods of single-family homes and condominiums ramble across its valley floor, while larger properties and ranches grace its foothills.

Santa Ynez Valley

Santa Ynez Valley is Santa Barbara’s Wine Country. Amidst oak studded rolling hills are the many vineyards and wineries that produce world-class wines. This picturesque valley is also horse country and home to several breeding farms. Other animals raised in the Valley include ostriches, llamas and miniature horses.

Hope Ranch

Hope Ranch is Santa Barbara’s unique residential community and is one of the most beautiful hidden enclaves on the Santa Barbara coast. Incorporated in 1924, Hope Ranch is known for its palm tree-lined main streets, the privately accessed and pristine beach, miles of riding trails and the equestrian community. Hope Ranch embraces a variety of residences, from sprawling ranch homes to luxurious estates, nestled on private acreage with varying topography. The 1863 acres of land (with approximately 773 parcels) offers gently rolling knolls that take advantage of the breathtaking views.

Summerland

A stone’s throw from Montecito, the small seaside hamlet of Summerland is terraced along a magnificent hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. From their graceful perches, many of Summerland’s homes enjoy breathtaking ocean and island views. In the distance, larger homes and ranches are sprinkled among the rolling hills. Along its main avenue below, there is an impressive collection of shops offering antiques, home furnishings, and garden accessories. Charming cafes, spas, and Bed and Breakfast Inns complete this idyllic setting.

Montecito

It is hard to imagine a more idyllic setting than the tiny seaside village of Montecito. One of the nation’s wealthiest communities, it communicates its grandeur with understated elegance and sublime sophistication. It is certainly an A-list locale without an oversized attitude. With approximately 10,000 residents and 3,000 households, Montecito retains much of its original charm but with the niceties of a contemporary, stylish community. Just east of Santa Barbara, the area is nestled between the sea and the picturesque foothills known as the Santa Ynez Mountain Range.

Carpinteria

Just south of Montecito you’ll discover the peaceful seaside city of Carpinteria. Real estate offerings here include everything from condos to beachfront estates to sprawling ranches and elegant hillside villas with remarkable ocean views. It is easy to get caught up in the laidback feel of the community and the naturally beautiful surroundings.
