Jedd Hewitt has called Santa Barbara County home for most of his life, with experience living in communities from the Santa Ynez Valley to Carpinteria. Those connections shape the approachable, grounded perspective he brings to The Guehr Group.
Today, Jedd lives in Carpinteria with his wife, Emlynn, and their three children, Sadie, Brixton, and Bowen. Their family is deeply connected to the local community, where Emlynn owns Empower Fitness 805. Outside of real estate, Jedd enjoys hiking, mountain biking, working out, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
As a partner, Jedd takes time to understand the people behind a move—their priorities, timing and plans for the home. He brings a steady presence, clear communication and careful follow-through to the work, helping clients feel informed and supported as decisions take shape.
