Jedd has called Santa Barbara County home for most of his life, living in communities from the Santa Ynez Valley to Carpinteria. That experience has given him a broad understanding of the area and a genuine appreciation for the neighborhoods, communities, and lifestyle that make this part of California so special.
Today, Jedd lives in Carpinteria with his wife, Emlynn, and their three children, Sadie, Brixton, and Bowen. Their family is deeply connected to the local community, where Emlynn owns Empower Fitness 805. Outside of real estate, Jedd enjoys hiking, mountain biking, working out, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
Before entering real estate, Jedd built a successful career in sales and finance, where he was consistently recognized as a top performer in both sales and customer satisfaction. That experience helped shape the way he works today - listening carefully, communicating clearly, building trust, solving problems, and following through.
