Our hearts are heavy as we see the devastating fires impacting the Los Angeles area. To everyone affected, please know that you are in our thoughts. We’ve compiled a list of resources to support those impacted by this tragedy. Please feel free to share them with your family and friends, and don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s any way we can assist you.

Shelters:
- Westwood Recreation Center: Located at 1350 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles, this center is serving as an evacuation site.
- Pasadena Civic Auditorium: Situated at 300 E. Green St., Pasadena, it is available for evacuees.
- El Camino Real Charter High School: Located at 5440 Valley Circle Blvd., Woodland Hills, this facility is open for those seeking shelter.
- Ritchie Valens Recreation Center: At 10736 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Pacoima, it is serving as a shelter.
- Sepulveda Recreation Center: Located at 8825 Kester Avenue, Panorama City, this center is available for evacuees.
- Pierce College: Situated at 6201 Winnetka Ave., Woodland Hills, it accepts large animals and provides shelter for evacuees.
- YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles: Multiple locations are offering temporary shelter, showers, basic amenities, mental health support, and childcare services (for children aged 5 and up) for first responders and families affected by the fires.
Housing:
- Airbnb: In partnership with 211 LA, Airbnb is offering free temporary housing for individuals displaced by the wildfires.
- Queen Mary: The Queen Mary hotel in Long Beach is providing rooms for fire evacuees at a discounted rate of $189, which includes a breakfast voucher for two, and waives pet and Historical Preservation fees.
- Big Bear: The area is offering evacuees a peaceful place to rest, with a collection of vacation homes and hotels listed on their website.
- Visit Anaheim: Individuals affected by the wildfires can find special hotel offers and assistance on Visit Anaheim's official website.
Transportation:
- Uber: Residents in Los Angeles County under evacuation orders can receive a $40 credit for trips to active shelters using the code WILDFIRE25.
- Lyft: Offering $25 vouchers, valid for two trips, to 500 customers until midnight on Jan. 15. Use the code CAFIRERELIEF25 to access the promotion.
Utilities:
- AT&T: Providing unlimited data, talk, and text in wildfire-affected areas through Feb. 6. Check their official site for a list of eligible zip codes.
- Verizon: Waiving call, text, and data charges for customers in the hardest-hit areas and deploying free Wi-Fi and charging stations at three wildfire shelters.
Animals & Pets:
- Los Angeles Equestrian Center: Located at 480 Riverside Dr., Burbank, accepting large animals.
- Agoura Animal Shelter: Situated at 29525 Agoura Rd., Agoura Hills, accepting small animals.
- spcaLA: Located at 5026 W. Jefferson Blvd., Los Angeles, providing assistance for pets.
- Dogtopia of East Pasadena: Offering three free overnight stays for dogs from families displaced by the fire, with a 50% discount for subsequent stays.
- Pasadena Humane Society: Providing emergency shelter for animals at 361 S. Raymond Ave., Pasadena, and seeking foster families for dogs and cats from displaced families. Contact them at [email protected].
Other Services:
- U-Haul: Offering 30 days of free self-storage and U-Box rentals to fire evacuees and affected families across 92 facilities in L.A., Orange County, the Inland Empire, and other areas.
- Planet Fitness: Providing evacuees and first responders with free access to their facilities, including showers, locker rooms, and Wi-Fi, until Jan. 15.

For those able and willing to help, the organizations listed below have set up donation funds to support first responders, affected communities, and victims as they work to rebuild their lives.

- California Fire Foundation: Supports victims of wildfires in California, as well as firefighters and families of fallen firefighters.
- Salvation Army: Offers grants and financial assistance for immediate and long-term needs of fire victims.
- Red Cross: Provides emergency shelters, meals, medical care, and assists with recovery plans following disasters.
- Wildfire Recovery Fund: Aids in intermediate and long-term recovery efforts for communities affected by wildfires.
- Baby2Baby: Delivers basic essentials to children impacted by fires and other crisis situations within 48 hours.
- Los Angeles Regional Food Bank: As a member of the Emergency Network of Los Angeles (ENLA), it provides vital food resources year-round and serves as a first responder in natural disasters.

- Santa Barbara Lodging: Local hotels are offering discounted rates to evacuees. Details can be found on Santa Barbara Tourism.

Local Support in Santa Barbara:
