Kendrick was born into the hotel and restaurant industry, assisting his parents Brigitte Guehr and Norbert Schulz with the management of their high-end establishments. Before launching his real estate career, Kendrick had learned from a young age the significance of hospitality, a high standard of service, and how to properly and effectively communicate with clients and fellow industry professionals.


Since entering the real estate field, Kendrick has achieved numerous accolades, including the title ‘Rookie of the Year’ by Keller-Williams Realty and ‘Agent of the Year’ for successfully closing the highest-value luxury sale in Santa Barbara and Montecito. He was also recognized as the #1 real estate agent at Keller-Williams for Santa Barbara and Montecito in both 2021 and 2022. With over 2,500 homes sold totaling more than $2.5 billion in sales volume, he and his team, the Epstein Partners have sold more homes than any other agent in the area, solidifying their position as the #1 real estate team on the South Coast.
